Royal Decree RTN001RD

I here by declare that under the law RTN003-10-11, that the General (Grand) Secretariat be dismissed and all powers and functions pass to the Board of Review which will be merged with the Imperial Board of Review, with the Board of Review absorbing all the powers of the Imperial Board of Review.

This decree has been given under my seal and signature on this day the 4th of October 2011.

The Government's recognition of other nations.

The goverment released a new addition to the law of diplomatic recognition of other nations it states "Recognition of a nation by the Government of Riocht na TirNeart shall be construed as explicit moral support of the national aspirations for independence of the nation in question, as well as a willingness to deal in a friendly and open fashion with that nation.

Cordial diplomatic relations between the the Government of Riocht na TirNeart and other micronations shall include the following four basic levels of relations:

(1) no formal relationship;
(2) unilateral recognition by either party of the other;
(3) mutual recognition; and
(4) formal alliance. "

The Conditions for Diplomatic Recognition

Diplomatic recognition is based on the following law:

THE BILL FOR DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS:

  1. Art 1.1: When a nation offer diplomatic relations to Riocht na TirNeart, they must prove that they have already existed for more then three and half months and that they are not involved in a micronational war.
  2. Art. 1.2: If a micronation is found interfering in the internal affairs of the government of Riocht na TirNeart, the government can take measures which may lead to the withdrawal of recognition. .
  3. Art. 1.3: Riocht na TirNeart is a neutral nation and can not be forced to join a conflict.
  4. Art. 1.4: If Riocht na TirNeart discovers that a recognized micronation is violating human rights or is guilty of the use of illegal internet activities (hacking and viruses), its recognition of that nation will immediately be withdrawn.

A Message of Sympathy to Israel.

His Majesty An Ard Ri Cuchulainn wish to express his shock and outrage about the massacre of religious students in Israel.

The massacre at the Merkaz Harav seminary will go down as one of the most deletable acts to have been committed in the 21st century. His Majesty wishes to extend his sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and the victims them selves.

His Majesty also wishes to condemn those who committed this act and thoes who support it.

This also highlights how important it is that the situation in th middle east is settled as soon as possible.

May those who died rest in peace.
